At GPL Plugin Store, we sell digital goods that are immediately accessible after purchase. Due to the nature of digital media, once a plugin or theme has been downloaded, there is no way to “return” the product. Therefore, no refunds will be provided, except under the following condition:

• A refund will only be issued if the digital product is completely unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
